Groktopus LLC was started in December 2022 by Magnus Hedemark, a successful technology executive who has also spent a number of years making very intentional improvements in Diversity/Equity/Inclusion stance of his employers. As an openly Autistic and ADHD leader, Magnus was particularly motivated to advocate for improved working circumstances for the neurodivergent population.
